Delivery can be made to a home address, work address, hotel, restaurant, etc., as well as without an address - by calling the recipient. If the recipient is not there, the bouquet will be left with relatives, friends, concierge, colleagues. If there is no one to leave the gift with, it will be delivered back to the store. The cost of repeated delivery is equal to double the cost of a taxi to the specified address.
It is strongly recommended to indicate the recipient's mobile phone number to avoid repeated deliveries! The manager agrees on a convenient time (delivery location) with the recipient. When calling, our employee does not say that these are flowers / a gift. Usually we say that this is an address delivery service / or a registered letter to the specified address. By default, the courier does not know the sender's name, so he does not say from whom and for what reason the delivery is.

The cost of delivery to other settlements of the district and region must be clarified in advance.
Night delivery (from 20:00 to 8:00) increases the cost of delivery by 100 UAH.
An order placed after 21:00 will be processed after 08:00 the next day.
