The Pan Tulpan flower shop (Shostka, Ukraine, pan-tulpan.com.ua) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we receive, why, and how we use it.
Data we receive
- Your name, phone number, e-mail and preferred contact method given when you order.
- Recipient details and delivery address, postcard text, order notes.
- Conversations with us on Instagram, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram and the website: your messenger name or username, message texts and photos you send.
- Payment status and amount. We never receive or store card details — payments are processed by LiqPay (PrivatBank).
Why
- To accept, process, take payment for and deliver your order.
- To answer your questions in messengers and keep you informed about your order.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Only shop staff who need it to fulfil the order can see it, and the courier sees the recipient's address and contact.
Storage
Data is kept on our server in Ukraine and in the messenger you used, for as long as needed to serve orders and keep records, and no longer than three years after your last order.
Data deletion
To have your data deleted, e-mail info@pan-tulpan.com.ua or message us in the messenger you used, giving your name and phone number or username. We will delete your contacts, conversations and order data (except records the law requires us to keep for accounting) within 30 days and confirm in reply.
